Quality Paint Contractor's warranties cover everything! At Quality Paint Contractor we understand not all of our clients want or need the Ultra-Premium level for their painting projects. We have four project levels for clients to choose from, ranging from 2-year, 5-year, 7-year and 10-year warranties. Our warranty packages include maintenance visits as well as our full coverage labor & material warranty.

We don’t believe in “limited” warranties. Every exterior painting project we complete is backed by a comprehensive, all‑inclusive warranty that covers the entire job — from prep to finish.

This tier offers high-value protection, backed by a comprehensive full-coverage warranty.

  • Includes: 1–2 coats of Sherwin-Williams Duration or Dunn-Edwards SpartaShield; deep cleaning; detailed prep work including minor patching/sanding; caulking for exterior protection; and full priming where required. Includes one biennial maintenance visit at the end of the warranty.                                                                                                                        

  • 2. Endure (5-Year Warranty)

  • Ideal for the quality-driven homeowner who prioritizes long-term protection. The primary focus of this tier is advanced surface preparation and durability. We utilize ultra-premium paints and sealants to ensure your home’s finish stands the test of time.

  • Includes: 2 coats of Dunn-Edwards Evershield; deep cleaning; foundational prep work including full priming, patching/sanding, and comprehensive caulking. Includes biennial maintenance visits for the life of your warranty.                                                                                                               

  • 3. Fortify (7-Year Warranty)

  • Designed for properties requiring maximum protection and a high-caliber finish. This "Fine Finishing" tier combines high-level substrate preparation with elite primers and coatings. The result is a finish that excels in long-term adhesion, weather resistance, and visual depth.

  • Includes: 2 coats of Sherwin-Williams Emerald; deep cleaning; high-detail prep work including repairs, patching/sanding, full priming, and precision caulking for both protection and aesthetics. Includes biennial maintenance visits for the life of your warranty.                                                                                                     

  • 4. Ultra (10-Year Warranty)

  • The ultimate in protection and craftsmanship for custom builders and discerning homeowners. This represents the highest level of mastery and high-performance materials provided by QPC. It is our most robust offering, featuring a fully transferable decade-long warranty.

  • Includes: 2–3 coats of Sherwin-Williams Emerald Rain Refresh (self-cleaning technology); deep cleaning; meticulous substrate preparation; full priming; and detailed artisan caulking. Includes annual maintenance visits for the life of your warranty.

By exclusively utilizing premium and ultra-premium paints and primers, our foundational tiers frequently outperform the 'premium' services offered by other contractors.

  • Issues not related to Quality Paint Contractors preparation and painting.

A. Annual cleaning is recommended for most homes, twice a year may be better to combat moisture, and mold. We can maintain the exterior for additional charge or hire a reputable cleaning service to clean your exterior.
